Shipping Policy:

Please order before 2pm CST to ensure same-day shipping.

As always, we strive to fill every order the same day it is received. However, our shipping policy is that orders received after 2pm CST may be shipped the following business day. Please note that the cost of shipping also includes a handling charge, which covers shipping materials as well as time spent in the shipping department preparing the CDs for shipment.

Domestic Shipping:

There are five options for shipping within the US:

• USPS 1st Class Mail
• USPS Priority Mail
• FedEx 2nd-Day
• FedEx Standard Overnight
• FedEx Priority Overnight

International Shipping:

There are three options for shipping outside the US:

• USPS 1st Class Mail
• USPS Global Priority Mail
• FedEx Priority Overnight

Note: The minimum shipping for a set of masters is USPS Priority Mail.

Returns and Pricing Policy

There is a $5 per unit restocking fee for returned media on orders of Individual Songlearning Systems™ and a 15% restocking fee on orders of Master Songlearning Systems™. HMS will issue refunds after inspecting and finding no damage to the returned media. If any damage is found on the media, the refund will not be issued. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date or date on the charge card receipt. After 30 days returns will not be accepted. Hammond Music Service reserves the right to change prices and policies at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled two ways: 1) by contacting HMS before we ship your CDs and canceling your order; 2) by returning the shipped item unopened -- simply write "Refused -- return to sender" on the package and you will be issued a refund once the shipment reaches HMS. If you have paid by credit card, you will be issued a full refund, including shipping & handling costs.
